My response to #thedress debate

I spent a good few hours this morning discussing the colors of #thedress.  Whether it's blue and black or white and gold.  I immediately thought, "Why can't it be both?"  With that in mind, I created this little stitch.  I thought ya'll would get a kick out of it :D

Hiya everyone!  Just sharing a few new stitches I've made for Sven Cortana's trip to Pensacon this weekend.  He's cosplaying as Itachi from Naruto.  He asked for one of my necklaces to match his cosplay :)  The smile on his face was priceless!

Last Fanaticon, Vash the Stampede's voice actor, Johnny Yong Bosch, signed a large stitch I did of the character.  He liked it so much that Sven and I decided to make stitches of the Star Trek badges for various actors to sign.  I was able to get the original series, Next Generation and Voyager's done before he left.  Last night was a *LONG* night.

I'll post some pictures once they are all signed.  We plan on saving them and going to other conventions to get more signatures from the series.  FUN :D

One of my dear friends is an amazing artist!  She goes by Captain Savvy on Deviant Art.  All the art work that you see on my blog?  She did it.  Let me show you her latest creations.  If you like her style.. wait a minute.  Who WOULDN'T like her style?  She's awesome!  Please send her a message.  She's always looking for a new challenge.

She created my two little mascots.  I think I'm going to call them Eshka and Rose.

I asked her if she'd create a profile pic of me similar to Eshka.  Here's what she did :D

She's also really good at creating characters.  Give her a concept and off she runs.  She's made all of my D&D characters in the past few years so I have something cute to play with.  My absolute favorite was of a character named Miku.

One of my favorites is an image she did of my and my sweetheart, Sven Cortana.  All I said is please make us as pirates... with a penguin on board.  He loves penguins. :)  Look what art she sent me!!

 
I've done two conventions thus far and I befriended a young lady.  The last convention, she sat by me and drew me as a pony.  My first piece of fan art :D  I was so moved by it I asked Savvy if she'd create my MLP pony persona.  Isn't it awesome?

Sven Cortana for President!!

Sending a shout out my sweetheart.<3 <3 <3 He's known as Sven Cortana on Youtube.  If you're looking for fun playthroughs of Minecraft, World of Warcraft and any other games, check him out!  Oh, and he's a HUGE Brony too!  *beams*  Makes me happy!  (I'm known as Tempi on his videos!)

He jokingly grabs anything Fluttershy I make for his own, but he specifically requested this necklace to wear around.  He's a big Zelda player if you can't tell :D

I love him soooo much!  He's been extremely supportive of everything I've been trying to accomplish.  You know someone really cares for you when he offers to set up a convention table for your the DAY after the newest World of Warcraft expansino comes out :D

When I first came up with the cross stitch necklace idea, she asked if I'd create her something.  Her logo is gorgeous!  A beautiful red rose with her name surrounding it.  With these pendants only being 1 inch tall, I couldn't make the HUGE rose I wanted... but she was very pleased with the outcome.

Welcome to Creative Chaos Stitchery! :)

Hello all!  My name is Angela.  I started up Creative Chaos Stitchery a few years ago for our first local convention, Fanaticon.  What do I do?  I create pixel art on cloth. Being a full out geekette, I want to share my love for all the fandoms.  Just trying to make the world more colorful one stitch at a time. 

My plan is to post the various 'stitches' I've created here.  If you are interested in any of them, please contact me at eshkarose@gmail.com or find me on Facebook.  I'm working on setting up an Etsy and Storenvy page as well.  Those links will appear when I finish setting them up.

My newest plan?  Wearable Pixel Art!  Yes!  I'm making necklaces.  These are going for $20 a piece plus shipping.  I have at least one each of these in stock, but the rest will be created as I go.
